Receive An Offer

After a thorough evaluation of your assets we will provide you with a formal written offer. The formal written offer will come with supported analysis to explain the value of your interests.

Due Diligence & Close

Upon acceptance of the offer, a standard due diligence phase will follow to verify your mineral interest. Once due diligence is completed, a mineral deed is executed in exchange for payment agreed upon in the offer letter.
